Project Scope.

Overview.

This project focused on strengthening Homu’s digital presence and accelerating growth for the brand. Facing low engagement, untapped sales potential, and limited budget structure, the objective was to increase brand awareness, boost community engagement, improve website conversions, and expand marketplace sales.

Through a clear digital growth strategy combining content creation, social media activation, paid campaigns, website improvements, and customer retention initiatives, we built a scalable marketing approach designed to drive measurable sales and long-term brand loyalty.

The final deliverables included a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, a full-funnel growth plan, defined KPIs and budget allocation model, a content and social media strategy with mock assets, SEO and keyword recommendations, website and UX improvement guidelines, marketplace expansion recommendations, and a structured targeting and retention plan designed to support scalable and measurable brand growth.
